Currently, the world is confronted with numerous ecological challenges, including climate warming, resource scarcity, environmental pollution, and biodiversity loss, heightening people's yearning for a harmonious relationship with nature. As a vital medium for cultural dissemination, posters can transcend linguistic barriers and convey ideas intuitively. With "Green Waters · Lush Mountains" as its core concept, this exhibition will bring together creative masterpieces from outstanding designers and artists worldwide. It aims to showcase the beauty of ecology, communicate environmental protection concepts through visual arts, inspire public responsibility for ecological conservation, promote international ecological and cultural exchanges, and rally efforts to build a green and sustainable global home.

(I) Static Posters

1.Creative Directions

① Depiction of Natural Ecological Beauty: Focus on natural landscapes such as mountains, rivers, forests, and oceans, showcasing their grandeur and tranquility with delicate brushstrokes and rich colors. For example, depict mist-shrouded mountains at dawn or the sparkling sea surface at sunset, allowing viewers to intuitively feel the wonders of nature and inspire love and protection for it.

② Presentation of Ecological Crisis Warnings: Use exaggeration and contrast to reveal the current state of ecological destruction, such as the desolation of stumps left after deforestation or the shocking sight of garbage floating in polluted oceans. Through strong visual impact, provoke deep reflection on ecological crises among viewers and enhance the urgency of environmental protection.

③ Advocacy of Green Living Concepts: Create works around daily green behaviors such as green travel, garbage sorting, and energy conservation. With a warm and lively visual style, convey the concept of green living, encourage viewers to start with small actions in their daily lives, practice environmental protection, and jointly create a green home.

2.Technical Requirements

Submit 1-3 electronic drafts. Size: 100cm x 70cm (portrait), within 10M, precision 300dpi; in jpg/RGB format.

(II) Dynamic Posters

1.Creative Directions

① Dynamic Interpretation of Ecological Processes: Use animation to vividly demonstrate the functioning of ecosystems, such as plant growth, animal migration, and seasonal changes. Allow viewers to intuitively understand the dynamic balance of ecology, feel the wonders of nature, and enhance their awareness and protection of ecosystems.

② Dissemination of Calls for Environmental Protection Actions: Showcase environmental protection actions from around the world through dynamic images, such as afforestation and ocean cleanup. Accompanied by inspiring music, create a positive atmosphere, inspire viewers' enthusiasm for participation, and call on everyone to contribute to protecting the ecology.

③ Interactive Experience-Based Environmental Protection Guidance: Design interactive dynamic posters, such as garbage sorting mini-games, where viewers complete sorting through operations, learning environmental protection knowledge through fun experiences and translating concepts into practical actions.

2.Technical Requirements

Submit in video format, within 100M, resolution 1920×1080 or above, within 5 minutes, up to 3 uploads; in MP4 format (video encoding: H.264).

VIII. Call for Submissions Method

Open Call: Openly solicit design and art works from home and abroad. Individual artists, design institutions, faculty and students from professional colleges engaged in art and design are all eligible to submit their works.

Special Invitations: Extend targeted invitations to renowned designers worldwide to create posters specifically themed around "Green Waters · Lush Mountains."

*Note: Works by specially invited designers are not eligible for awards in the open call categories.

IX. Submission Requirements

Works should have distinct recognizability, with positive, healthy, and uplifting content that promotes mainstream values, spreads positive energy, has correct orientation, highlights the theme, and meets the call for submission requirements, avoiding丑化 (uglification) and obscure design expressions.

XII. Award Settings

The open call categories will have Gold, Silver, and Bronze Awards with proportions of 5%, 10%, and 15% respectively (rounded to the nearest integer). Additionally, there will be several Excellence Awards, Outstanding Guidance Teacher Awards, and Outstanding Organizing Unit Awards. Works by designers in the special invitation category will receive selection certificates upon inclusion but will not participate in the award selection of the open call categories.

XIII. Contest Declaration

1.No fees will be charged for participating works in this event.

2.All submitters are deemed to have authorized the organizing unit to use their participating works for online and offline media promotion, exhibitions, publication of work collections, etc.

3.Participating works must be original, with the submitter possessing independent, complete, clear, and undisputed copyright. They must not infringe upon any rights of third parties, including copyright, portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, etc. If any legal disputes arise, the submitter shall bear all consequences and legal responsibilities.

4.All submitters are deemed to have agreed to and complied with the above regulations. The final interpretation right of this notice belongs to the organizer, and unmentioned matters will be notified separately.

5.Electronic certificates will be issued for winning and selected works. Some outstanding works are planned to be compiled and published, and recommended for publication in professional media. They will also be accepted for domestic touring exhibitions. Welcome to discuss related matters.
